The outer silhouette is a cutter wall. Nested details become imprint walls on a connecting back plate. They mark the dough; they do not cut.

Cut and imprint in one tool
An imprint cutter cuts the cookie outline and presses the inner details into the dough as it cuts. That is different from a plain cutter (outline only) and from a stamp (a separate plate that embosses after you cut). Interior imprint walls stop short of the cutting edge so they press into the cookie without cutting through.
Millimetre tuning
Width, height, cutting depth, and imprint height are millimetres you set in the browser. Preview the mesh, then download the STL.
